Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb

Rack of Lamb

A Delicious Dish for Special Occasions

The most important part of this recipe is making sure you brown the lamb just enough before you apply the mixture of spices and herbs. This is a simple recipe that I love to make. In fact, it is one of my favorite meals. Some of the cooking utensils you will need for this recipe are as follows: a medium to large pan (depending on how large the rack of lamb is), an oven, a large bowl to mix the ingredients, a cookie sheet and a timer. The recipe is fairly easy to follow and once you cook the lamb once or twice you will be better prepared to understand how long to cook your lamb to ensure a quality, even finish is accomplished. This is a delicious yet elegant meal that you can pair with almost any green. My recommendations for this dish are a green bean dish and twice baked potatoes but it also goes well with broccoli.
